Sharleen Davis joined O’Connor, Carnathan & Mack in January 2013.
Sharleen concentrates her practice on representing corporations and individuals in complex commercial disputes. She has worked on multi-million dollar lawsuits regarding commercial contracts, insurance coverage, mortgage lending practices and securities transactions. Sharleen has also assisted major financial institutions, including Fidelity Management & Research, LLC, in conducting internal investigations and in responding to inquiries by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Sharleen is the author of a chapter on Connecticut class action law in the treatise, State Class Actions: Practice and Procedure (2009).
Sharleen also speaks French, having spent a year of intense undergraduate study in Paris and two years working in Morocco as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer.
