Adam is a Life Sciences lawyer who has been practicing law since 1997. Adam has worked primarily as a Corporate and FDA regulatory lawyer, and has served as In-house counsel to several life sciences/biotech companies in the Boston area for the last twelve years. He provides advice on general corporate matters, IP licensing, strategic technology transfer, R&D support, clinical trial issues, and matters concerning the development and commercialization of drugs and biologics.
Adam joined the firm as “Of Counsel” in 2017, helping clients navigate heavily regulated environments, and providing strategic and pragmatic business advice. As “Of Counsel,” Adam maintains an active but slightly limited role with OCM, while also pursuing other engagements. Adam began his legal career at the law firm of Hale and Dorr (now WilmerHale).
