Sean Carnathan chaired a panel at the Social Law Library’s October 3 seminar “Recurrent Discovery Issues in Insurance Bad Faith Litigation.” Additional speakers included the Honorable Brian A. The seminar highlighted the discovery issues that frequently arise in insurance bad faith cases, including discovery of claims files, policies and procedures, reserves, other coverage determinations, internal correspondence, and the application and scope of attorney-client privilege and work product protections.
